Default So much for SGCs looking better than PSAs....

Seems like both companies are in race to see which cards' appearance in their holders can be compromised the most. I've noted earlier about PSA putting more and more under plastic or surrounded by baggy (including t206s) and see here below SGC ruining T3s now. I realize it's for security reasons, and SGC has been criticized for floating cabinets. But I, for one, will never buy a card which has a baggy over or around it, and I have almost none of same in my collection. Just an aesthetic choice. I wonder how much I am in the minority on this....

I'm all for protection, but yeah that process needs to be tightened up a bit.

That looks HORRIBLE! I would also never buy a graded card that looked like that. Is that them trying to get out of having to grade them by making them as fugly as possible?

People complained about cards shifting in SGC holder so this is what you get. This has very, very rarely been a problem for me and I am happy to take the slim chance for that given this alternative. Ditto for new PSA use of baggy etc. They should have a box on the submissions to check if you want to ask for no horrid extra "protection."

Exactly. The PSA baggy isn't so bad. This, however, is beyond unacceptable.
