It appears as if it got moisture on it at one time. I am certain it is not another color variation. But then again....something new pops up every month it seems. But again, I believe it got wet some how.

This is not a variation...I have seen pink t205s before (I think quan ended up buying one from trevor a few months back--a walsh)...apparently the cards were printed with pink backgrounds and the gold borders are overlayed on yellow borders. this card does indeed look like it got wet at some point and the yellowish faded and the pink ran.

i bought it in an sgc holder. i would rather have the regular walsh version (as I love the colors on it) and also because trevor charged me a huge premium for the pink .

quan, you sure your scanner's color is adjusted properly?

Jay

I like to sit outside, drink beer and yell at people. If I did this at home, I would be arrested. So, I go to baseball games and fit right in.

Id say there is glue on back or an area where glue used to be. I have seen many T206 cards with discolored faded spots on front where the glue on back soaked through and damaged (removed) the color on front. The reason I say it on this T205 card is because the gold border is also faded (on right side) exactly the same as the background where they meet.

The Walsh looks like a true color variation of somekind to me.
