Can anyone share any knowledge with me about this card?

Anything about who might the player's identity be, is this a proof, and maybe what set it came from?

Thank you in advanced for the help.

Hey fellow Clevelander - please post the back as that would help with the ID.

It is a spoof card. Made up by someone here. It was part of one of the best April Fool's jokes I've seen in a long time. About 3-5 board members were in on it.

Someone made this and included it innocently in a scan of 6 common cards or so, and posted it here as a question from someone who just found them.

It is the fantasy T206 of Joe Jackson, with the proof marks in the margins.

The theory is that JJ would have had to have been at least considered for the T206 set. Because there are no cards known, speculation is that none were printed. But, so the thinking goes, you'd think there would at least be proofs made at one time and maybe one of those survived somehow.

Well...my English teacher WAS right! Mrs. Magillacutty always said that I was a slow one. I guess I just fell for an April Fool's joke seven months later.

Now that I got my "dumb newbie post" out of the way.

Thanks for the help.

One less card to look for in the T206 Cleveland team set

Matt - I'm about an hour drive southwest of Cleveland, but I still root for them.

Where did you come across that card that you thought it was needed for the team set?
