Anyone have much success on Craigslist? Posting my first WTB ad looking for 80-90s stuff

I have a lot of luck selling stuff on CL, just not baseball cards.

I would think if you're looking for 80's - 90's stuff you should do fine on Craigslist. There is a ton of that stuff available and a lot of people are happy to get rid of it, especially if they aren't collecting anymore.

My wife always buys me cards when she sees them at garage sales and they are always 80's - 90's cards. It's very sweet of her to buy them for me but I really don't need those cards.

I have had some success with buying from Craig's list. It is difficult to find good deals because there are a lot of poorly listed items and items that are not described very well. Most people are trying to get rid of late 80's and early 90's and they are asking too much because they think 5,000 cards are worth 2,500 dollars. There is very little hit with a lot of miss when buying but there are good deals to be found if you are patient and always checking.
