I'll admit I have the A&G Jonathan Papelbon, but it was a gift. |

I think the Allen & Ginters are absolutely gorgeous cards. I've bought a few packs, and will probably try and do a set of them someday. I've also bought a few packs of Topps Heritage the last few years. |

I know its o/t but if you were in charge of UD or topps what would you do? Almost everyone here has no interest in modern day cards for various reasons. What could be done to make these cards more interesting? anything? Is it that you dont like the product they produce or is it that they simply arent old enough to be interesting to collect? For me it most has to do with the latter. What could the card companies of today really do that hasnt been done? |

I do. My son and I open a box or two every year. He knows the players, and likes the fact that the cards he's opening (A & G's, CJ's, Heritage) look just like the ones I have. |

We collect the CJ cards. We think they are a terrific design (much like the originals), have some autographs of my favorite players, and it's fun to put the set together. |

Of the three listed, I like the A&G best. You did leave off the Turkey Red which I think is the best. Especially the box-toppers that are the normal size of a T3. |

I have completed the A&G regular size set, and I am currently working on the mini Red Sox team set and Manny Ramirez mini master set. Ok, ok, I'll admit it. I collect modern (Manny Ramirez player collector / Red Sox team collector) as-well-as T206. |
