Default NSCC Chicago - airport shuttles ?

Does anyone know if there are direct shuttles from Chicago airport to the Stephens Convention Center?

I understand it's close, and there were shuttles to and from Cleveland Airport to NSCC last year.

Chuck, I found this page with some options. I'm assuming you mean O'Hare rather than Midway. Looks like a quick hop on the train is cheap and easy.

It is one stop from the airport on the subway. O'Hare is the last stop on the blue line of the CTA. Rosemont is the next stop. It is a 10 minute walk down North River Road. The convention center is about a mile or less from most points in the airport. A cab or uber would also work. Embassy Suites, Doubletree and Crowne Plaza all 'Chicago O'Hare' are across the street from the convention center and you could probably hop on their shuttle. The Hyatt Regency O'Hare is next door and they also have a shuttle. I have never had a problem in any city jumping on a hotel shuttle if it gets me near where I want to be. If the driver asks I just say I am meeting someone who already checked in or meeting someone for lunch.

Assuming you haven't downloaded and signed up for Uber I would recommend it. It's easy to use, cheap, and in a big city a driver is usually there in 5 minutes. If I make the national this year I will uber everywhere. It's cheaper than parking.

For over 20 years I have walked out the door of O'Hare got in a cab and been there in less than 5 minutes. But I am 60 years old, I don't have an Uber account and probably never will. That being said all of the hotels around the Rosemont area have shuttles, but you have to wait or call for them upon arrival, but going from the convention center back to the airport they are free and regular.
