Scammers at it again

Just received this email. Note the spelling of the word "Department". It is too too obvious but I'm sure there are some who will fall for it:

"Dear Value member,

There is a problem with the card you used while bidding at one of our auctions.
A communication problem with the bank server might have caused that problem too
but we are unable to collect our commission.


Until the problem is solved you would need to use a different card so, please,
log into your account and enter the new card details.


Billing Service
Looking for ward to a good co-operation.


Sincerely Yours,
Jessie Pina
eBay Security Departament."

The wording of the whole thing is very odd and not very good on the legalese, as I cannot imagine eBay ever telling anyone that they need a new card to "receive their commission". They would find some other way to say it.

A lot of these eBay and bank scam emails have off English, with phrases or words that don't make sense. In the above email:

"Dear value member" (as opposed to 'valued member')

"Looking forward to a good co-operation"

The second paragraph is especially goofy, only in part because eBay doesn't charge a commission to bidders.
