I have one question I need answered.I want to purchase a Jeweler's loupe but what is a good size magnification for using on cards? X10,X20 or X30?

I believe a 10x is the standard loupe used by the grading companies. Also, I use a 10x/60x/200x digital scope for further investigation.

AGFA (photography company) makes a great 8x loop...but as stated above, if you can get a 10x, that is the standard the grading companies use (i believe)...

I use a pocket microscope (almost a toy, really) 60 - 100x; it does it all dots, fibers and figments of my imagination.
