Help to id baseball team photo & league?

I would appreciate any help if anyone knows anything about this team, league or year? It looks like it says Tester Club with TC on the sleeves. With the turtle necks and the button sleeves to remove maybe it was in a colder climate. Thanks for any info.

There was a Tester baseball club around 1912-1915 or so in Detroit of 16-19 year olds
