Thanks, John. You're still a young guy, so if you continue to work hard and dedicate yourself to the hobby, you too might have a few nice cards some day.

Thank you, Rob.

I need about 30 M113s and 75 M114s, and I need 5 of the large (17.5 X 20) posters from 1957.

Congrats Rhett, the Bernard was an absolute steal. I hadn't ever seen a Schwenck before, it must be very scarce. I was busy bidding against you but gave up since I don't collect the 1912s except Portland players. Great pick-up!

I picked up this E121/80 with a Type 2 back via eBay. I now have WaJos with 3 of the 4 types of back printing. I'd sure love to find a WaJo with a Type 3 back - heck, I'd settle for a Sam Rice, or even a Joe Judge!

t206 "5" and better seem to have taken off again this month, this week even more so, at least on eBay. No idea why. One of my favorites for color, had sold lower grade awhile back so happy to replace at last.

Thanks all - now let's see if I can reach a little deeper into my pockets to get some REA items!! With that many quality items, you'd think there would have to be some bargains, but if history is any indication, I'll have to pay through the wazoo to get anything I want...

REA bargain probably not to be repeated--it's no-buyers-fee for it's inaugural Fall auction last year. Only reason I went for a nice T3.

A couple new T206s for my collection. Thanks, Joel!

I also picked up some educational material, the first three volumes of The Baseball Card Encyclopedia by Lew Lipset, and The Vintage & Classic Baseball Collector issue #7.

Two very interesting articles in the magazine: one on PSA and ASA, and the conflict of interest the TPGs cause by grading cards, and releasing price guides. And, an article about baseball card restoration. Funny how 18 years later, these two topics are still very much at the forefront of the hobby.

Sorry that's right--just shipping. But just enough bonus to get me to go all in.
