Default Green with envy -- T211s!

We recently had a thread for people to show their T210s, and there was inevitably some discussion of T211s, of which I know there are some collectors here. Based on my cursory search of the archives, there don't seem to have been many threads devoted to T211s, and none with a lot of scans, so I figured I would start one.

To start us off, here's my meager collection of five T211s, all obtained 15-20 years ago before the prices took off. The highlight for me is the great Gygli card, which somebody also posted in the T210 thread. I noticed that a copy of the Vinson card in much worse shape than mine (with rounded corners and a big crease down the middle) just sold on eBay for over $200. Crazy, because mine probably cost me no more than $30-$40 about 20 years ago.

I think that you were talking about my Gygli that I posted in the T210 thread (only because Jason said his card reminded him of Frankenstein, and Gygli reminds me of a vampire). Here's my Steele:

I really need to get a New Orleans player... seems more fitting for a Louisiana collection.

Oh and someone should help Mr. Wilder with his sweater buttons.

Cool card. A beater in this set is still a great card! If you are "offering it up," let me know!

Default T211

Agreed - That Davis is just fine! There are very few T211's above Good condition. I bet the average condition for this set is 1.5. Not quite a T213-1 where the average would easily be a 1 or less, but still condition sensitive to the paint chipping and rarity of the cards themselves.
