It has to be the T206 Piedmont 150 Fred Jacklitsch SGC 35, right?

Seriously, another great selection by Lee!

Desiderata

You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Strive to be happy.

Apparently you can add e90-3 and e90-2 to the cold list.
That is ok, though, consignment with you is still easier than ebay and most of my other consignments are still doing well. Of course I am not going to get a consignment check if I don't stop bidding on other stuff.

I sent Lee 45 cards, some were grouped bringing it to 33 lots all prewar. Some of the bigger ones were the D303 Jacklitsch, t206 Matthewson 649fact. I had a lot of 649 factory t206 in the auction as this was a side project that I was bored with and never really put a lot of attention towards as were the e90-3 cards.

I picked up 4 T206 cards, doesn't seem like I bid on any of yours though.

30 of the 45 cards I sent were t206, but most of the prewar in Sterling is t206 so who knows. Any Zimmerman would have been mine (another abandoned side project). The highest grade t206 I had was a psa 5 Willet.

Not that it really matters, but I do enjoy seeing any cards I have sold in other people's collections as time goes on.

NO, I didn't get it.

It was the T206 Merkle Portrait/ Sovereign 150 graded SGC 60.
I expected it to be in the $100-150 range. Instead it went for $522.

I would really like to know whom I was bidding against.

There were some strong results in this auction. I got aced out of a 1956 Topps Mantle BVG 3 so I went on eBay and grabbed an SGC 3.5 for $2 more including free shipping.

It's a nice card but the 60 is a very generous grade for that card
with those corners.

Picked this up in last week's Sterling auction.

Won the bid Thursday night, paid on Friday night and now have the card in hand on Monday.

Now that's customer service!

Thanks Lee!
