Default Cards of 19th Century Hof'ers?

A question if you will. I am in the process of collecting a card of all HOF players and managers and was wondering if there is a card set that has all 23 19th century HOF, players & managers only, inductees. I would assume a reprint or modern day set as Old Judge (20 of the 23 -Cummings, Burkett and Selee) would be just too expensive. Any help in any direction would be greatly appreciated.
PS - does anyone know if Frank Selee appears on any cards at all?

Selee appears in the Allegheny set 1 of 1
I believe a board member owns it
He may want to chime in

In 1976, Shakey's Pizza (CA) produced a set that probably includes all 19th Century players and managers who were in the Hall as of that time. I don't think that Selee was in yet though.

Aside from the Allegheny, I think you're looking at the Perez-Steele postcard as his next issue..
