Great story it stung a bit but thanks for sharing it. I'm a Father of a beautiful daughter diagnosed with bone cancer at age 19. She was an absolute warrior. I was Humbled by her attitude and courage. She lost 1/3 of her leg and endured more than 150 nights of inpatient chemo. I slept in a cot next to her just about every one of those nights. I was an emotional wreck. She actually took care of me while she faced staggering odds. She told me to relax and promised me I would dance with her at her wedding. I felt very small in her presence. She is 23 and engaged now. She is also more radiant than ever. I had dinner with her tonight. Every time I see her smile I get chills.
