Bob, I have gone to the shows they run at TD Garden and at Fenway park. There is always some vintage in the room. Not a ton but always something to buy.

was at Shea Stadium many years ago. Lew Lipset, Bill Heitman, Robert Lifson and many other quality dealers were there. This event would have been well before TPAs. I bought N172's from Bill Heitman and a lot of general "stuff" from other dealers but the hit of the show (this is a true story) was a table where Topps 1952, raw and unprotected, were piled in a spread-out heap. Rob Lifson probably remembers, for I believe at one point he was successful in buying the entire lot.

Thanks for the feedback. How would they compare to the Peabody/Dedham/Mansfield shows which are all pretty good? I went to shows in Woburn and Westborough. Neither worth the drive and I live in Woburn :-)

I would say on par with Dedham/Mansfield. Better than Woburn weekly.

Thanks. Woburn used to be ok, now whenever I go (I live in Woburn) its all shiny stuff
