EBAY + BIN = Overpriced (most of the time, obscenely many times)
I know nothing about these PCs but it sounds like a candidate for the above equation

edit: I would add on the other end, the "book" price is irrrelevant on a lot of rarely seen issues

I haven't seen the postcard in question, but on that issue it is worth much closer to $1900 than $120.

Classic Auctions which deals primarily in hockey material has auctioned some of these cards in the past. Here's some links fwiw:

The Sweet Caporal Hockey postcards are among the most popular, beautiful, and expensive pre-WW1 hockey cards there are. Beckett & most other guides have long been outdated on this particular issue. $1900 for Rocket Power graded a 1 is high but this is a set that while it isn't impossible to get a type from with a lot of patience but if you are looking for a particular player then it may be a LONG time until you see another one.

Default Best Offer

The PC has a Best Offer option and it appears that based on previous results the listing price is alot closer to reality than the "book." You could make an offer based on what you've seen in the thread.
