Topps Living Set
I don’t know if this has been discussed before, love the set (Topps Living) and the idea behind it but have a hard time putting my arms around spending hundreds of dollars for high grade common player cards like Markakis, Happ, Panik, Pollock, etc. I get only a limited number produced for a week, not to be reprinted, Markakis the fewest, yadda yadda .. but a grand for a Markakis PSA10? Wow! I love the interest and demand it drives but I keep wondering will that interest wane a few years from now especially for non-extraordinary players?
Curious, any of you feel differently? Anyone waiting it out to see how and where the values go? Sidenote, the images are pretty good but the Greinke card looks like a scene from the Total Recall movie when the oxygen was being cut |
