Yes, it was inside the Walter Johnson Baseball Game, and it originally held 10 tokens and the box was about 12X15 with an awesome image of the Big Train on the cover.

Default Johnson Game

I have the Johnson game as well but am missing only the "instructions" card. Any ideas on how to locate one other than buying the entire game again?
thanks
Phil

Is our baseball-games-specific website/forum really that hard to find?
The Johnson teetorum, including various numbers of markers/coins, averages around $25. in numerous on-line auctions/sales over the last eight years or so (low, $12. with seven coins, high, $56. with all ten).
We've never seen the very simple rules card offered for sale by itself, but there's an image of it at our forum.
The game box is a shade over 14x10", and it's a little difficult to find one in good shape -- a bit flimsy.
