Default 1904 Pirates Litho. ???'s

Saw this item on the bay recently, hoping someone here can help with any of 3 questions.

1. What is the origin of the original? (I know the photos are Horner but who compiled and put them in poster form?)

2. What is the origin of the reproduction? Limited to 2500, I'd be surprised if they sold them all, who released it? When?

3. Where can I get a copy? (wasn't home when the auction ended, didn't realize it was on card stock and limited)

The reason I ask is because I believe I have the original photos for this poster (minus the Wagner, where's that?) Was the winning bidder in the last Mastro. Any help/leads appreciated.
