Default Should I Send this 1915 Cracker Jack to PSA (It is Mint Besides a Stain on the Back)

Should I Send this 1915 Cracker Jack to PSA (It is Mint Besides a Stain on the Back).

Card is Ridiculous.

No Caramel Stains
White Border instead of the usual Cream Border
Sharp Corners
Perfect Edges
Bright Vivid Color

I don't know why SGC gave it a 2.

Looks like a PSA 9 (MK)
Worst Case Scenario PSA 8 (MK)

If you send it in again it will be a 1.5 to 2 again. The staining messed up some of the lettering too.

Don’t you throw away cards that aren’t in the old PSA flips (other thread)? As Leon stated, the stain is probably more than just a stain. It appears to be legit surface damage. It’s a beautiful card though.

Do you know if you can Request it with a Qualifier?

It seems like it Depends on the Grader.

I have seen Off Center Cards Graded a Few Grades Down or the Legit Grade with OC Qualifier.

I have seen Some Trimmed Cards Graded Authentic and Some Do Not Get Slabbed.

I read somewhere you can Request it to be Slabbed Authentic on the Submission Form.

Can I send it in and Request it as a Higher Grade with a Qualifier on the Submission Form too?

This is the kicker. It looks like there's some paper loss. It that case it won't grade any higher. It is a really nice card though.
