The Piedmont & Polar Bear packs are dated post T206, but will suffice until I can grab earlier examples. The CJ box is circa 1930-ish, but is tough none the less while the Sweet Caporal's date is slightly scuffed so I cannot confirm it's exact date. Regardless they look fantastic on display together!! Great idea for a thread Jeremy.

While I do not own the box, I do own the card (the image for the box was found using google image search, and was posted here on Net54 originally by Leon "Wheelhouse" Luckey back in 2006 ). I hope this does not go against the intent of this thread, as I thought Nadja's were sorely underrepresented.

Jon-Your Contentnea pack is a thing of beauty--Mr. Nadal would be happy. If you ever decide the package needs a new home, don't hesitate to let me know! Thanks for the display.

Cheers, Mike

Default The only Vintage box that I have...

is this Mecca box. The tax stamp says 1911 and Factory 30, so I'm hoping this box may have actually contained a T201.

To clarify, the Red Sun pack on the right is closest to period - probably dating to 1910. The middle one is circa 1905. The one on the left is the reproduction.

Sorry, can't show the back (for obv. reasons), and this isn't pre-war, but just want to show this pack again. The photo doesn't adequately depict the way the photo jumps off the card. Don't know why I'm so fond of it.

Default Piedmont - Factory 42

Unbelievable stuff shown so far! This is my Piedmont pack - not in the best shape (still has tray), but it is from Factory 42, 4th District, NC with 1910 Tax Stamp - unfortunately no overprint on the stamp.

Sorry I dont have a card to include - Im still on the search for one.
