Congrats to Don Spence and Steve Soloway--the 5th and 6th members of the PSA Set Registry Hall of Fame.

Each of these gentleman have truly staggering collections that are among the very best in the hobby.

Don has virtually every single 50-60s baseball set in high grade and several of the best known prewar sets in high grade.

Steve has complete graded sets for T206(including the big 3),T205, 1887 and 1888 Allen & Ginter, T201, 1915 CJ, 1933 Delong, 1933 and 1934 Goudey. 1934-6 Diamond Stars and 1940 and 1941 Play Ball. And thats just the beginning.

For a complete listing do th the PSA Set Registry and take a look--it will blow you away.

Excellent choices by PSA and congratulations again to Don and Steve.

Jim

It's no easy task to put all those sets together in high grade.

Thanks Jay--that was the toughest of the "Big 3" to put together in PSA 8 or better. If it wasn't for Mike Rakosi--The King of Vintage Basketball--I never could have done it.

Jim

Id sure like to have Spence's N28's set which is all 8's with two 9's. Second finest current T206 set behind Louchios untouchable set
As for N172 no one has taken a serious run at it with the psa set registry. Though there is a very impressive collection with the sgc registry.

Happy to see that no one bashed these guys -- when I saw the thread I feared the worst. I want to commend them both. I have made trades with Don Spence and he was a pleasure to deal with.

I filled some holes in Don's T206 collection and I concur that he was a pleasure to deal with.
