Default Is This Considered An "Error"?

This Sweet Cap is missing some of the red ink on the 3 on 350 subjects. Is this considered an error or misprint, and would it carry any premium?

Its definitely not paper loss as I've looked at it closely with a loop. Also, it is graded PSA 5. Here is a front scan.

Defect. Or it rubbed off over the hundred years since it was printed. Doesn't increase the value.

I believe that is the Sweet Cap 337 variation, almost 350, but not quite,
