Steve, you're too funny. You won't believe what's happening tomorrow. I'm showing the condo to two prospective buyers...

The charity auction will be in REA's next auction, and I've read that catalogs will be mailed the first week of April.

I can't wait to see what it sells for!

I believe it is the last lot in the auction, and Rob devoted a full page to it. It's a pretty impressive lot loaded with material!
