How about a team of oddballs. I can't fill out the roster, but I give it a good start with Waddell, Hrbosky, Fydrich, Oil Can Boyd and Trachsel. Who was the guy that used to unrinate on his bat? He defiantely belongs.

My place is full of valuable, worthless junk.

I think it would be easier to fill out a pitching staff than a line-up card. Anyway, I would add these players:

Bill "Spaceman" Lee
Fernando Valenzuela
Luis Tiant
Jimmy Piersal
Steve Lyons
Yogi Berra
Kevin Millar

Al Schact was one of the original "Clown Prince" of baseball. He partnered for a time with Nick Altrock.

Graig Nettles (by his own admission used to sit naked into birthday cakes delivered to the clubhouse).

Minnie Minoso (great story Don Newcombe told me: At spring training all of the black players used to go to this restaurant that would serve them. Minoso would order chicken every day and the players would distract him and filch pieces off his plate. One day Minoso gets his food, spits on all of it, and then says now try to take it).

Gotta put Alvaro Espinoza on the list of goofballs. He popularized the huge bubble of bubble gum on the hats of players when they weren't looking.
