IT'S OVER - Brockelman contest w/PreWW2 prizes for top 2 guesses
It's time again to make some guesses about the upcoming Brockelman Auction that ends this Saturday, and be rewarded with PreWW2 cards for your efforts.
The auction: http://www.brockelmanauctions.com/catalog.aspx This time your guesses will involve identifying ten different PreWW2 card issues from the list below that you believe I did NOT consign any cards from that issue to the auction. All of the issues seen in this list below are various issues in this auction, and all are within the Baseball Cards - PreWW2 category. You can guess a total of two times with no editing, and the cutoff time for guesses will be 6pm EST Saturday October 5th, which is the final day of the auction. The person who has guessed best (ties go to first guess posted) will win $40.00 credit toward any available card or cards in the 11 listings (some examples of availables seen below) I have posted within the past 10 days here on the BST (links to each listing seen in next post). The second best guess will receive a $25.00 credit. Good Luck! A few things to consider:
There is no obligation to participate...if you don't, you won't be able to win a dang thing though. The cards pictured are not the only ones that are available to utilize your credit towards. Everyone's guesses so far are perfect...in format that is. So far no one has guessed either completely incorrect or completely correct. Thus the current guesses must therefore range somewhere from 1 correct to 9 correct.
