Default W516 with text at top

I picked up this card because it says, "Catching Cards" at the top. There is a W516 on ebay that says "Universal". Are these from an ad poster? Any info on these? Also, post any W516 that you have here... Thanks

I think those captions refer to the manufacturer. The missing letter is an "m", for matching. Examples are not rare, but more difficult than those without. I suspect the captions were printed only on the top of the sheet, so that the lower horizontal strips would not have them.

Thanks for the help. "matching cards" makes more sense. I didn't think I hit blackjack with a strip card, but I couldn't find any info about the text when I looked around. I guess it's not a super popular set.

Definitely not a popular set, and not a favorite of mine either. Ed is correct about the print on top...I know at sometime in the past I have seen the whole sentence. Here are a couple of mine W516's, one with the 'Universal' part of the statement, and the first set of quotation marks, and the Bancroft with interesting name on top and bottom, which doesn't make much sense to me, being that it was a strip set, unless it was a sheet that just contained the same horizontal strip of ten.
