Default 1927 E210-2 York Caramel Type 1 or 2?

I take it, that this is a Type 2. Am I correct? Do you flip the card to the right?

Ron: I can't find anything with 1928. Only 1927. Please clarify further.

Rich also as per Vol 2 Early Gum and Candy Cards by Lew Lipset from 1984 E-210 I the card will read down from top E-210 II will read from bottom up
