I echo your sentiment. Any well managed, properly staffed operation should be able to ship packages within 1 business day of payment. I haven't received my tracking # yet, but sent payment this morning.

Needed this for my baseball photo 'type' collection. He's been moving around too much.

Great image Scott. I bet that pitcher was pretty hard to hit from that distance.

I bet these guys also had a tough time finding a catcher. Probably had to get a new one every couple of pitches.

Depending on what his follow-through looked like, I imagine he wasn't that hard to hit it all. With the bat, that is.

Default Winnings

REA winnings in hand and would have been sooner if I had been home yesterday when FEDEX arrived.
Incredible customer service just like Sterling Auctions.
REA even covered the FedEx at no charge!

Thanks!

REA has always given exceptional service. I struck out this year but they have always shipped immediately in past years.

Arrived yesterday. Missed this one a couple times as it came up over the years. As a Gehrig guy it gets no better.

I think it is because some of us are afraid of being teased for paying too much What the heck, here is my newest Matty. Always wanted a Carolina Brights back.

Luke, I've always heard that when it comes to high value cards, "you can never pay too much, you can only pay it too soon." Meaning that you may have overpaid for that card today, but it will increase in value. The good cards like that one always do, and will soon be worth more than you paid for it.

I use that theory to justify my purchases, and even if it doesn't always work, it does always make me feel better.

And that's a great Matty.

I wanted to know who ended up with this beauty! Major congrats on such an awesome card.

I wanted to add to my horde. I actually have two of the amazing Type 2 Gehrigs but in low grade. There just aren't many of those, and as others have commented, yours is terrific!

I would have struggled to get momma to agree to a third and the associated cost of it...I guess she is probably right.

BUT once again, this is a great pickup! Congrats !!

I got one pink peanut. Seriously!! Thousands of white peanuts and one pink one. Who does this? I think someone at REA is F-in' with me.

Ken

PS: The group of signed baseballs that came with this is awesome.

Default 1st REA win in a long time

Been a while since I took something home from REA! Been trying to score a cabinet with Uncle Paul on it for quite some time. I am very pleased with this pick up!

Another monster card Pete!!! What I find most interesting about your pickups this month is that the Violet Murray is more scarce than both of your bigger acquisitions!!
