As a side note here for those who enjoy PBS's History Detectives this weeks show had a nice story on John Henry 'Pop' Lloyd and how the stadium in Atlantic City got named for him in 1949. Check your listings as my PBS likes to rerun episodes all week.

This has been on before. I am watching it again because I enjoyed it the first time I saw it. Never realized how great of an outfielder he truly was!!!

Very nice documentary. I have seen a few others before. The thing that always touches me the most, is Clemente's humanitarianism and selflessness off the baseball field. Great photo of Roberto Jr. (I believe) kissing the portrait of his father after his death.

When I watch videos like this, I am reminded of how I have become disenchanted with some of today's athletes and their foolish behavior.

Mike
