I received the T215 Red Cross Cobb today I won from eBay. There were some questions on the board regarding the seller. His grading is definitely off. However, the cards are definitely real. The Cobb turned out to be the tougher Type 1 version as well.

Still not as great of a pickup as Greg's on the Mello Mint Cobb, but I will take it!

Congrats Scott. First one I have ever seen. If you end up slabbing it, can you post a pic?

Hal - you just bought a Wagner T206 - you certainly don't need this Cobb (just joking of course)!

Wesley - It is about time my luck changed - remember, I lost $1200 on that Croft's Candy Wagner second chance offer scam! Finding this Cobb was just God's way of evening things out.

Hal,

Maybe Scott will trade you the Red Cross Cobb for the Wagner?

I'm sure that I can find SOME "Wagner" to trade him for that awesome Cobb.

How about a nice "Heinie" ??

Scott, great pickup. It's nice to know that there ARE real unslabbed cards being sold on Ebay.

Very cool and rare card. Now you need a Victory to go along with it!

Actually, you would not believe the e-mails I have had with offers for the Cobb (ranging up to $5k). Nobody has offered me that Cocoa Wagner, Matty and Knight yet however - still awaiting that offer.

Cobb went out to SGC this morning - should look nice in an SGC holder (even though it is low grade).

I keep hitting refresh and I never come up with a T215 cobb for a dime.

I checked my calender and realised that I was at the Texans v Raiders preseason football game when that card was loaded up. Don't feel sorry for me guys, an old friend called and gave me 2 tickets on the 50 yrd line. I saw Randy Moss in person.

Found the grade out today. I am glad I didn't trade it to Hal for the SGC 10 T206 Wagner now. Especially, since the Cobb is a half grade higher!
