Default Contacting Bidders

How do we contact people that have bid on our items.

Prime example is I have had an offer for a card I have up through another outlet. The offer is very reasonable and I want everyone that bids on the item know that the auction will end early (or as soon as the card is paid for) and if they have a top dollar offer to make it.
