Well shoot, I was only there for a little bit yesterday afternoon because something came up, but I would have made sure to stop by for this had I seen that it was possible!

I think the Lou Gehrig bat that Love of the Game Auction has is well worth the trip.

It may not be Ruth, but the story, the photo match, and the quality of the auction house are all second to none:
