Dumb question. When they say $250 or less, does that mean based on estimated condition? Or based on NM book value, regardless of card condition?

Yes, they mean based off of estimated condition and then market value. If you send in an e98 Wagner, they'll give you a call that day!

Forgive my ignorance but does that mean one card or as many as you want for $6 each? They still have other special for 10$ per for $10 cards etc so I wasnt sure! It would be my first ever submission
