Default Haha. Update from CT Mohegan Sun.

I was at Mohegan Sun Thurs Night in CT, the casino. There's a store there "America's Memories", that sells framed autographed pieces and baseballs/bats/uniforms, etc from all sports/celebrities/historical figures. Well, I usually look around at the real and forgeries. Tonight, I saw a HORRIBLE Jeter in black marker that looked awful.

More importantly, the "look like signed yesterday" on strange balls, Ruth/Gehrig and others intruiged me. Tonight, the guy who worked there asked if I had ?'s. I said "who does your authentications on these items?"

John Brett (UACC I guess and store owner of that store). DRU MAX and CHRIS MORALES I'm like "Morales doesnt have a good reputation". the employee, who was as sharp as a butter knife, said "it is because he (Morales) was instrumental in stopping a lot of fakes, esp in Las Vegas..

LOL to me, and also, int he window. ALL SALES FINAL

Anyone who stops out there, visit the store and let me know what u think of the signatures. Lots of fakes there and MORALES STUFF. YECH

If you can't trust your friendly neighborhood casino store, who can you really trust?

Same holds true for virtually all of the Las Vegas Strip Memorabilia Stores. A plethora of horrible fakes.
