Default Restoring Vintage SI Poster?

I am thinking of restoring a vintage Sports Illustrated poster which has molds on the front around the white borders. Is this possible and who would you recommend to do the work. Thanks in advance.

How vintage? This sounds like something that may be cheaper to replace. Weren't most of the white-bordered ones fromt the 70's-80's?

I'm not sure where they went but they used to list a ton of them.

True that....

They sold those things forever (and had every one we had as kids). Seemingly an unlimited inventory. Sold 'em cheap, too...

Default Which player?

Which particular player's poster are you looking for? My favorite is the single poster that shows mini images of many of the posters all on one sheet. A non- hall of famer shouldn't go for more than 20-25.00 I wouldn't think.

I typed "Sports Illustrated poster" into eBay and got over 300 hits. I agree that you should just pick up another one. You'll probably find one that's still its shrink wrap ...

i let the one go on ebay and it went for $22 with the molds and crease. Hopefully one shows up of this player. I see the all stars SI posters of Rose and Schmidt all the time, but semi all star are hard to locate. i guess i will wait one out.
