Default T206 Variations Question

Hey all, I'm sure this is addressed somewhere here on this board, but I thought I would get the board's opinion/info on this.

I have recently started the monster (about 140 cards in by the end of the month), and I was looking through the list of variations. When I say variations, for the most part, I mean team changes and name changes on the front, ones that were changed or done on purpose, not printer issues (like the Dopner/Dorner variation).

As I understand, there are 10 variations in the set:

Brown - Chicago/Washington
Dahlen - Boston/Brooklyn
Demmitt - NY/St. Louis (I own this one)
Doyle - NY/NY Nat'l
Elberfeld - NY/Washington
Kleinow - Boston/NY
Lundgren - Chicago/KC
Magee - Magee/Magie
O'Hara - NY/St. Louis
Smith - Chicago/Chicago & Boston

Two questions:

Are there any I missed?

Which are the rarest? In terms of rarity, as I understand, it basically goes something like this:

1 - Doyle Nat'l
2 - Magie
3 - O'Hara St. Louis
4 - Demmitt St. Louis
5 - Dahlen Brooklyn
6 - Elberfeld Washington
7 - Lundgren Chicago
8 - Brown Washington
9 - Smith Chicago & Boston
10 - Kleinow Boston

Just looking for the board's two cents on the topic.

I'd flip your rankings Elberfeld-Wash and Dahlen-Brooklyn, but otherwise you seem to have it right.

Desiderata

You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Strive to be happy.
