That's a lot of paper loss/shriveling on the top of the front. Any chance some water got in once it was sealed by PSA?

Looks funky. Probable reseal. A problem that has been addressed with the new holder but I know some of you would never give them any credit. No way that was graded as a 4.

It looks more like a bug ate some vintage cardboard for lunch. Go figure... only a 4? Go PSA!!!!
