Default Sacramento baseball

Long shot but thought Id check with any early California experts might have any insight on this Sacramento turn-of-the-century image? Player/uniform has a little bit of a professional look to it. Thanks.

Alan O’Conner is a well known Sacramento baseball historian. On eBay he is solons42.He is a Net 54 member also-solons42.Hope this helps.
