Default Type 1 Photo John F. Kennedy 32nd All Star Game Washington D.C. Stadium

RARE 1962 Type 1 Photo John F. Kennedy 32nd All Star Game Washington D.C. Stadium

President John F. Kennedy was the second president to attend the event and threw out the first pitch.

You can see the ball in Jack's hand in this picture!

John F. Kennedy, original, first generation, 5 x 5" vintage, glossy, double-weight photograph by Cecil Stoughton.

Cecil William Stoughton (January 18, 1920 – November 3, 2008) was an American photographer best known for being President John F. Kennedy's photographer during his White House years. Stoughton was present at the motorcade at which Kennedy was assassinated and subsequently took the only photograph on board Air Force One of Lyndon B. Johnson being sworn in as the next President.

Photograph is in fine vintage condition. Includes Stoughton archive file markings on verso.

Provenance: From the estate of Cecil Stoughton

So rare are Kennedy Baseball related photos that in the 41 auctions RMY has had totaling approximately 50,000 photos they've only sold 3 Kennedy Baseball Photos and only 1 was a Vintage 1

Here are the few Kennedy baseball photos that have sold at RMY Auctions, although B&W, not sure the difference in valuation vs Color, might be up to the beholder (and other then the lady in the blue dress and the baseball gloves on top of the dugout this might be as close to Black & White as you could get):

type 1 original (sold in 2015) - kind of similar although theirs was slightly larger:

then a nuts number on an 80's re-strike (2015):
