Default Any info on this? T.Contiero Lloyd/Ruth

Hey guys. Just picked this up on ebay and wanted to see if anyone had any info on theseb. Leon was nice enough to let me know what he knew about it. But I figured I would toss it out here as well to see what other people might know as well.

Thanks for any info you can give.

Brad

From an Italian movie series. See them occasionally.

Adam is right...from an Italian set...the photo was taken presumably when Ruth was on set with Harold Lloyd for the movie they made together in 1928 called "Speedy". If I recall, Lloyd plays a cabby who has to get Ruth to Yankee stadium quick...hilarity ensues.

There is also a photoplay book of Speedy by Holman put out in 1928 with nice Babe Ruth black and white photos. Even though it is published by Grosset and Dunlap, it is first edition. Copies in dust jacket can probably be found for 50 dollars or less.
