Default PSA Review

I have at least 50+ cards; I am contemplating a PSA Review. Here is a few I am considering. I'm just curious if I'm just wasting money or if the cards actually ever get bumped.

The centering kills the Rose...you were lucky to get a '7' on that one.

They all look pretty right to me. IMO These reviews are a scam, yeah if you send it back 20 times it might get a little bump...but is the trouble and money worth it for a card that isn't an investor target?

If you are selling there's enough people out there that play the bump game that pay a premium for cards that they think (wisely or not) that they have a chance on.

This thread should have gone in the post war section but the question, in general, applies to pre-war cards too. I think the grades look about correct also...

There was a time where reviews were the way to go. That time is not now from my experiences and most higher volume submitters will echo that assessment.

In most instances I will simply break the card out and try it again. I will review if I am only looking for a 1/2 grade bump or if I was not the original submitter and concerned the card might not grade again since I never had the chance to examine it out of the holder. In virtually all other cases I am resubmitting raw.

Reviews are for fools with $$$ to burn and a sure fire way to make JO richer.

I've had some luck on reviews. Sent a group of 25 1967's that were PSA 8 and got 5 bumps to PSA 9. Crossover success is better though.

Crack and submit.

Much better odds than "review."
