i have a card graded psa 8 (pd) i thought it meant print dot which i cannot find and than someone said it meant a print defect like snow but i still cant find anything wrong even under magnifacation any imput on this ?

It does mean print defect, and that could include things like print dots, snow, print lines, etc.

Probably might sell slightly above a PSA 6 price. The card might sell better if you had it regraded NQ if it could pull a 7. From the sounds of it -- that may not be much of a problem, since a 7 is allowed to have more print imperfections than an 8. Did you check the reverse of the card? You could always have the card reviewed -- or take it to a PSA booth at a show to have them show you the PD.
