Default Cobb T206 Caption Question

I noticed on my new cobb there is a faded "D" just to the left of "Detroit" looked under magnification and tried to take a picture.. its not as clear as if you are in person.. but it is definitely a "D".. anyone come across this before? I dont know what to make of it... Thoughts?

Hmmmm? Is that a red or a green Cobb? Just checked all of mine.....no extra "D". We need Ted to weigh in.

Jamie, is it definitely a (faded) printed "D"? looks like from the scans it could also be some sort of minor surface damage- a small paper pull, scrape or even paper loss.

Mike,

The pictures I took are with a cell phone through a magnifying glass... they are not as clear as I would like to show.....

in person it is very clear.... it is faded "D"

Jamie. Send it my way and ill scan it...unfortunately no guarantee it will make back..

Definitely looks like a D to me. Odd, maybe a bad first strike that was cleaned up like the Lord Pirate back in REA?
