Default Basketball hall of fame set of book marks - for sale. SALE PENDING

I have a set in excellent or better shape that I'd like to sell. A set of 50 sold on eBay for $360 recently. The set I have is the same set as the one sold on eBay, except there are 4 more cards for the 1969 and 1970 electees Carnevale, Davies, Pettit, and Saperstein.

Here is the link to the recent eBay sale:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1968-BASKETB...item233835053d

Please let me know if you are interested so we can negotiate a fair price.

Default HOF Bookmarks

The reason that you see that auction going for $355 is because the short prints in the set make up most of the value. In fact, the Saperstein bookmark is probably worth more than the rest of the set combined. It is an incredibly tough. Other short prints, Pettit, Cousy, Davies, Russell and the other short prints are difficult, but obtainable.

There are also print style variations in at least the Cousy and Russell cards. This is a great set! Even though I own this set, I'd buy that Saperstein card again and again if I saw it!

One last thing. There are auctions on Ebay where that say "Complete Set" that only have the main 46 cards and not the short prints. Since when is 46 of 54 complete? :-) I think this is a total misrepresentation by these sellers.

Regards,

Pat V.
