Default Tape on T206's

Posted By: Bill

I just won four T206's with tape on the back. Has anyone had any luck getting the tape off a card without damaging the card. Thanks, Bill

Default Tape on T206's

Posted By: Bob

Hey Bill. I just bought one of the rare Tattoo Orbit cards (Lefty Clark) described as "excellent with tape on back" and am going to hold my breath, cross my fingers, and try the method described in one of the recent posts which involved soaking the card in the solution of toluene. I'll figure out the name of the solution by the time I get to the paint store.

I would try the old hair dryer method first.
