My vote
Without considering that blemish on the bottom left, I'd be inclined to say Vg since there are no creases other than the corners. It's hard to say from the scan what that is on the bottom left, so that might influence it downward. To me, if the dings stay pretty much in the corners, I'd say it's Vg. To each his own...
