Tattoo Orbit Gum Wrapper

Does anyone know if this wrapper is the one that had the R305 Tattoo Orbit cards inside?

It has a 1932 date on it.



The reason I ask, is a large group of cards usually associated with 1928 were found with this wrapper. The group of cards have always been listed as a W issue "anonymous" because they have a blank back.

I used to have 1 of these, a yellow one, and was of the notion that R308 developing "cards" came in, it is that size and I believe it references them on the inside of the wrapper.

I don't think they came in this one. If I remember correctly they (R305's) came in a cellophane type wrapper. I have one of these (like the one pictured) at home and don't think it's the same as what carried the cards. Dan M. knows for sure....maybe he'll chime in for us....

The cards found with this wrapper are the W502 but with a completely blank back.

I thought the wrapper and the cards may be unrelated, but wasnt sure since no one knew exactly where the blank back W502's came from.
