Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.

Once you get your ‘57 Brooksie in a SGC case I’d love to see a picture of your autographed run all together!

Abosolutely. I’m not up to your level of Brooks fandom (who is lol). But thinking of getting a photo signed and then surrounding it with the cards. Need to design something. I could just put them in a nice display case but feel I’m not doing it justice.

Default 1967 Punch Outs

Brian-- very nice. I have not pursued the line up variants but I have a full set of the captains and have pursued the pose variations ( Mantle/ F Robinson/ M Alou / Clemente

I think Larry may have had all the line up variations but not sure if that is one of the sets he is selling with REA.

Did you pursue the 66 Mays Punch Out in REA ? I ended up with the Stargell.

May I say that it's nice to see some less than perfectly-centered pickups. Unless a card is miscut, I have never really thought that some "average" centered cards look that bad at all. For some sets in the late 60's and early 70's, I think there were actually more OC cards produced that decently centered ones.

I collect these, just good to see I'm not alone.

I stumbled across this one recently on the ebays by happenstance. Being of Hungarian descent myself, I've always had a soft spot for Mr. Hrabosky. And when I saw that he actually signed this one as "The Mad Hungarian," I just had to have it.

I bought this Mantle during the eBay 20% off promotion. The seller had it priced a little high but the discount made it a pretty good deal. I bought one of these a couple months ago but this one is centered much better.

I don't generally like 1955 Bowman but I thought this Feller was nice. The 1966 Yaz is an OPC.

I'm not sure if I posted these before:

Nice. I've always had a soft spot for the '55 Bowman Feller because it was one of the vintage star cards I had as a kid in the 80's. The copy I have now is in a lot better shape than the one I had as a kid, and I probably spent a good deal less on it. Rapid Robert was in the twilight of his career, but did if I recall pitch a one-hitter in 1955.

Was at Guaranteed Rate Field watching Indians-White Sox on Wednesday, saw Minnie's number retired in the rafters during the game, and for some reason thought of upgrading this card. Used eBay app, found this, and put in a bid. I probably bid too high, but I won it and I love the card as it's a really nice upgrade from my previous version

Hey Mike,

I always loved that 52 Minoso and that's a sweet example. Nice pickup.

I've just started on the '57 set, and addition to the hues (I've seen red-hued cards also), there are also registration issues with many of the cards.

Sweet card, Dave. Was watching that one. Glad it went to a board member.

Still working on my Dave Winfield collection. This one was perfect until I accidentally dinged the corner when loading it, what a knucklehead I am. And I just love the 56 Topps set so much. I keep plugging away at it, adding stars whenever I find one for a good price. Really like this Enos card.

The Koufax has a corner ding/crease and the Mantle is way o/c, but I got them at an absolute steal, so it doesn't bother me...

Came across an Ashburn starting lineup figure in a charity shop yesterday for $3. The 54 Topps card was a bit more than that, but I still got it for a pretty good deal. Crazy about old Whitey.
