Default Help with autographs on ball

Two autographs on a ball labeled as "Baseball Hall of Famers and Stars..." Circa 1964. All established players. I'm missing #1 on West panel (the one above Roger Craig) and #4 on North panel (the one between Bob Scheffing and H. (Harry) Brecheen. Can anyone help?

Default Sigs. on Ball

Thanks for your help. You guys are the greatest. Great, quick response. I had a lot of fun figuring out the sigs. on this ball. There were 12 that were not identified initially. Roy Sievers and P-Nuts Lowery were the last two and you guys nailed it.
